Use GC-managed pointerless memory in the FFI.

Browse source 
* libguile/foreign.c (scm_make_foreign_function): Use
  `scm_gc_malloc_pointerless ()' when allocating memory for CIF.
  (pack): Likewise for the `FFI_TYPE_STRUCT' case.
