Add `scm_i_string_data'.

Browse source 
* libguile/strings.c (STRINGBUF_CONTENTS): New macro.
  (STRINGBUF_CHARS, STRINGBUF_WIDE_CHARS): Use it.
  (scm_i_string_data): New function.

* libguile/strings.h (scm_i_string_data): New declaration.
