Do not assume that 64-bit integers will be 64-bit aligned.

* libguile/foreign.c (raw_bytecode, objcode_cells):
* libguile/gsubr.c (raw_bytecode, objcode_cells): Use SCM_ALIGNED to
  ensure 64-bit alignment.
