Implementation and test case for R6RS (rnrs eval) library.

* module/Makefile.am: Add rnrs/6/eval.scm to RNRS_SOURCES.
* module/rnrs/6/eval.scm: New file
* test-suite/Makefile.am: Add tests/r6rs-eval.test to SCM_TESTS.
* test-suite/tests/r6rs-eval.test: New file.
