scm_i_normbig): Remove `SCM_C_INLINE_KEYWORD' since these are
declared as `extern' in `numbers.h'. This precluded compilation
on Solaris 9 with Sun CC (reported by David Halik
<dhalik@nbcs.rutgers.edu>).
