Reify primitives in CPS2

* module/language/cps/reify-primitives.scm: Remove.
* module/language/cps2/reify-primitives.scm: New file.
* module/Makefile.am: Adapt build.

* module/language/cps/compile-bytecode.scm:
* module/language/cps2/compile-cps.scm: Reify primitives in CPS2 instead
  of CPS.
