Changes for reduced Guile distribution: one configure script,
no plugins.
* configure.in, configure: Removed.
* acconfig.h, acinclude.m4: Moved to parent directory, where the
real configure script lives.
* Makefile.in, scmconfig.h.in: Regenerated.
* init.c: #include "script.h", to get prototype for script.c's
init function.
