texinfo: alias url' to
uref'.
* module/texinfo.scm (texi-command-specs, complete-start-command): Upstream texinfo has aliased `url' to `uref'. Let's do the same. * test-suite/tests/texinfo.test ("test-texinfo->stexinfo"): Add a test.
