gnulib update

Browse source 
Added pipe2 and open modules, to get O_CLOEXEC.

* libguile/Makefile.am (guile_filter_doc_snarfage$(EXEEXT)): Add gnulib
  here, in the native build case, for rpl_fflush if needed.
