remove (void) from boot-9 and psyntax
* module/ice-9/psyntax.scm: Tweak comments. Remove references to `void'; just produce (if #f #f) instead of (void). * module/ice-9/psyntax-pp.scm: Regenerated, twice. * module/ice-9/boot-9.scm (void): Remove this binding.
