remove (void) from boot-9 and psyntax

* module/ice-9/psyntax.scm: Tweak comments. Remove references to `void';
  just produce (if #f #f) instead of (void).

* module/ice-9/psyntax-pp.scm: Regenerated, twice.

* module/ice-9/boot-9.scm (void): Remove this binding.
