Functions for finding variable bindings, grace à Tim Pierce.
* * gh_data.c (gh_lookup, gh_module_lookup): New functions.

* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove PLUGIN files.
* Makefile.in: Regenerated, like a surry without a fringe on top.
