Add scm_from_ptrdiff_t and scm_to_ptrdiff_t.

Browse source 
* libguile/numbers.h (scm_from_ptrdiff_t, scm_to_ptrdiff_t):
  New macros (function aliases).

* doc/ref/api-data.texi: Add docs.
