* hashtab.c (scm_hash_fn_remove_x, scm_internal_hash_fold): Made

thread safe and handle resizing tables.
(scm_ihashx, scm_sloppy_assx, scm_delx_x): Removed
SCM_DEFER/ALLOW_INTS.
