* init.c (scm_init_guile_1): Call scm_i_init_deprecated.
* deprecated.c, deprecated.h: New files, to collect deprecated
things in one place.
* Makefile.am: Added them in all the right places.
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Added "scmconfig.h.top".
(scmconfig.h): Get "scmconfig.h.top" from $(srcdir) so that VPATH
builds work.
(DOT_X_FILES): Removed "iselect.x".
