* dynl.c: Only check that HAVE_DLOPEN is defined before loading
dynl-dl.c; Test on HAVE_LIBDLD instead of HAVE_DLD. * configure.in: Define HAVE_DLOPEN also when HAVE_LIBDL is defined.
