Remove nonfunctional gdb interface

* libguile/gdb_interface.h:
* libguile/gdbint.c:
* libguile/gdbint.h: Remove. These were last modified significantly in
  1997 and I think they are unused.

* libguile/guile.c: Remove use.
* libguile.h: Remove inclusion.
* libguile/Makefile.am: Remove reference.
* libguile/init.c: Remove use.
