Remove 'emacs/Makefile.am'.

This is a followup to 178e9d237b.

* emacs/Makefile.am: Delete.
* configure.ac: Don't output 'emacs/Makefile'.
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Remove 'emacs'.
