Revert "* FAQ: New file."

This reverts commit 0b3d52fae1.

It was a confusing mistake to create an FAQ file in the Guile
repository/distribution, because there was already an FAQ page on the
Guile web site.  The information that was in the FAQ file is now in
the FAQ web page.
