Closure conversion, reify-primitives use $kfun $cont

* module/language/cps/closure-conversion.scm: Produce a $kfun $cont.
* module/language/cps/reify-primitives.scm: Produce and consume $kfun
  $cont.
* module/language/cps/compile-bytecode.scm: Adapt.
