Add intrinsic for call/cc

* libguile/intrinsics.h: Add "capture-continuation" intrinsic.
* libguile/vm-engine.c (call/cc): Rework to use capture_continuation
  intrinsic.
* libguile/vm.c (capture_continuation): New intrinsic.
