Port prune-bailouts pass to CPS2

* module/language/cps2/prune-bailouts.scm: New file.
* module/language/cps2/optimize.scm: Wire up prune-bailouts pass.

* module/Makefile.am (CPS2_LANG_SOURCES): Add language/cps2/prune-bailouts.scm.
