* guile-config: Renamed from `build'.

Browse source 
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Mention `guile-config', not `build'.
* configure.in: Create `guile-config/Makefile.in', not
`build/Makefile.in'.  Doc fix, too.
* qthreads.m4: Doc fix.
