freebsd implementation of get_thread_stack_base

Browse source 
* configure.ac: Check for pthread_np.h and pthread_attr_get_np.  Patch
  by Jim Pryor.
* libguile/threads.c (get_thread_stack_base): Provide an implementation
  for FreeBSD.
