* test-suite/tests/tree-il.test ("warnings")["shadowed-toplevel"]: New
test prefix.
* module/ice-9/boot-9.scm (%auto-compilation-options): Add it.
* doc/ref/api-evaluation.texi (Compilation): Add 'shadowed-toplevel' and
'macro-use-before-definition'.
