Subject: [PATCH] (scm_drain_input): Lowercased argument to @var.
 (scm_current_input_port, scm_current_output_port): Filled in missing
 explanation. (scm_current_load_port, scm_set_current_output_port)
 (scm_set_current_error_port, scm_port_line, scm_set_port_line_x): Added
 texinfo markup.
