Make sure we don't override the user's extension search path.

* libguile/dynl.c (augment_env): New function.
  (sysdep_dynl_init): Use it instead of `lt_dladdsearchdir'.

* configure.ac: Define `SHARED_LIBRARY_PATH_VARIABLE'.
