New pass: inline-constructors

* module/Makefile.am:
* module/language/cps/constructors.scm (inline-constructors): New pass.

* module/language/cps/compile-rtl.scm (optimize): Call the new pass.

* module/language/tree-il/compile-cps.scm (convert): Don't handle "list"
  specially here.
