Fix sub/- primcall bug

* module/language/tree-il/compile-cps2.scm (convert): Fix bug
  in (apply - ...), because the instruction for "-" is "sub", and
  "sub" lookup was failing.  Caught by numbers.test.  Really I would
  like to get rid of $prim, somehow.
