ftw: Fix typos/thinkos in file-system-fold' and scandir'.

* module/ice-9/ftw.scm (file-system-fold): Fix reference to STAT instead

(scandir)[enter?]: Change the argument name to `dir', to avoid
  confusion.
  [skip]: Return RESULT, not #f.
