Lack of thread-safety would also affect the parser in (texinfo) because
it uses 'next-token-of'.

return a fresh buffer.

Interpret *DEFAULT* as being a default handler procedure for parsed
entities. Includes test.

the build.
(NOCOMP_SOURCES): Reindent, and add the upstream SSAX files.
