Use AM_SILENT_RULES to pare down build output, ignore auto-generated files
* .gitignore: Ignore extra gnulib headers.
* am/snarf: Silent SNARF command
* am/guilec: Silent GUILEC command
* configure.ac: Use AM_SILENT_RULES when available
* guile-readline/Makefile.am:
* libguile/Makefile.am:
* srfi/Makefile.am:
* test-suite/standalone/Makefile.am: Silence snarf output
