Remove recursive Makefile for 'benchmark-suite'.
* benchmark-suite/Makefile.am: Rename to...
* benchmark-suite/local.mk: ... this. Prefix file names with %D%.
(EXTRA_DIST): Use '+=' and add 'README'.
* Makefile.am: Include it.
* configure.ac: Don't output 'benchmark-suite/Makefile'.
