b0763985c4 * srcprop.c: use double cell for storing source-properties. Put 
filename in the plist, and share between srcprops if possible.
Remove specialized storage.

4057a3e05a Use new vector elements API or simple vector API, as appropriate. 
Removed SCM_HAVE_ARRAYS ifdefery.  Replaced all uses of
