* configure.in (enable_deprecated): Set SCM_WARN_DEPRECATED_DEFAULT even when --disable-deprecated is passed. * libguile/deprecation.h: Declare deprecation-issuing methods even if SCM_ENABLE_DEPRECATED is not set. * libguile/deprecation.c: Ditto.
