* am/bootstrap.am (SOURCES):
* module/Makefile.am (SOURCES): Add eta-expand.scm.
* module/language/tree-il/eta-expand.scm: New file.
* module/language/tree-il/optimize.scm (optimize)
  (tree-il-optimizations): Add eta-expansion at level 2.
