* libguile/vm-engine.c (make-vector): New opcode.
* module/language/cps/compile-bytecode.scm (compile-fun):
* module/system/vm/assembler.scm (system): Support the new opcode.
  (*bytecode-minor-version*): Bump.

* libguile/_scm.h (SCM_OBJCODE_MINOR_VERSION): Bump.

* test-suite/tests/compiler.test ("limits"): Add vector test.
