* libguile/discouraged.h (scm_i_init_discouraged): Likewise.
* libguile/continuations.c (scm_i_dummy): Made static.
* libguile/gc.c (scm_i_cell_validation_already_running): Likewise.
* libguile/discouraged.h (scm_i_init_discouraged): Likewise.
