* am/bootstrap.am (SOURCES): Wire it up.
* module/ice-9/deprecated.scm: Add deprecation shims.
* libguile/init.c (scm_i_init_guile): Don't add weak bindings to default
module.
* libguile/weak-table.h:
* libguile/weak-table.c (scm_init_weak_tables):
(scm_weak_table_prehistory): Arrange to load bindings from the weaks
module.
