Export deprecated bindings. (define-deprecated/threads, define-deprecated/threads*): Trampoline thread bindings to (ice-9 threads). * module/ice-9/futures.scm: Use ice-9 threads. * module/ice-9/threads.scm: Load scm_init_ice_9_threads extension.
