gnu: installer: Remove enlightenment desktop option.
* gnu/installer/services.scm (%system-services): Remove
enlightenment-desktop-service-type.
* gnu/tests/install.scm (installation-target-desktop-os-for-gui-tests):
Remove enlightenment-desktop-service-type.
* etc/manifests/cross-compile.scm (%system-packages): Remove
enlightenment.
* etc/manifests/release.scm (%system-packages): Remove enlightenment.
