Merge libguile/generalized-arrays.* into libguile/arrays.*

* libguile/arrays.h:
* libguile/arrays.c: As stated.
* libguile/init.c: Remove call to scm_init_generalized_arrays().

Elsewhere fix references to generalized-arrays.*.
